Undercover cops Daniel Muldoon (Scott Glenn) and Jimmy Halloran (Courtney B. Vance) had thought they'd seen and heard it all in this gritty urban jungle... but they were wrong. When two innocent tourists get unwittingly embroiled in a series of underworld murders, Daniel and Jimmy must decide whether to follow the letter of the law or the spirit of justice. Then Jimmy's own life is put in the line of fire when he is stalked by a hit man hired by a killer he sent to prison. Unless the hit man can be stopped, it's a story Jimmy won't live to tell.
