- Which video format do you use?
We have a choice of formats. DVD or Download. All our DVDs are region free, which means they will play worldwide without any regional restrictions, including the USA and North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
All our downloads are MP4 videos, which is the most common video file format, and can be played on most devices and TVs. We recommend downloading and installing the VLC media player, which will
play almost all types of video and audio files and is absolutely FREE to download and use.
- Can I watch my download on my TV.
Yes, although your download will be downloaded to your PC or Phone etc. It is quite easy to play it on your TV. If it's on your phone, with a suitable app you can cast the video to your TV.
If you downloaded to a computer, an easy way is to transfer your download to a "flash drive" or "memory stick", most modern TVs have a USB socket installed, just plug the flash drive into your TV via the USB socket, then press the media button on your TV remote.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Downloads. Once payment has been made, You will receive an email containing a link to your movie, which will be active for 7 days. All our downloads are managed manually, So you may not get a response immediately. But will within six hours.
All our DVDs are shipped from the UK. And can take upwards of 3 weeks to arrive, although they usually arrive within 10 days. Please allow at least 30 days before reporting any non delivery.
- How many times can I play my download?
There is no limit. Once downloaded the file is yours to keep. Without any restrictions on how many times you can watch it.
- Which payment method can I use?
For all our transactions, we use Worldpay. Who are a long-established and trustworthy payment processor. They DO NOT pass any of your payment details onto us. They will accept most debit and credit card payments.
- Which currency do I need?
All our orders are taken in US Dollars. But you can pay using any currency, Worldpay will automatically convert your home currency to US dollars.
- Who can download your movies?
Anyone, as long as you have an email address, you can download from anywhere in the world.
- Will the DVD I purchased play in my country?
Yes, all our DVDs are region free, which means they will play worldwide without any regional code. Also, we have both TV systems "PAL" for The UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and "NTSC" for North America, we will send you the appropriate formatted DVD to suit your location.
- How long will it take for my DVD to arrive.
We ship from The UK. So if you are overseas from us, your package may take upwards of 3 weeks to arrive, but usually it takes around 10 days. If you are within the UK, just a few days.
