- What is region free?
Region free discs are DVDs that can be played anywhere in the world. They are not restricted by any DVD regional code, like region 1, region 2 etc.
- What does NTSC or PAL mean?
Different countries use different television systems. "NTSC" is the TV system used by North America. "PAL" is the TV system used by The United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Unless otherwise requested we will always send the appropriate formatted disc for the country we are shipping to.
- Do your DVDs come with Artwork covers?
Yes. All our titles have the same artwork that is displayed on the DVD description.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
We try and ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. We post worldwide so depending on your location your package may be internal or airmail which usually arrives within seven days, often sooner.
- What happens if I receive a faulty item.?
It's impossible for us to check every item we send out. But on the rare occasion a faulty item is sent. Tell us about it, and a replacement will be dispatched promptly without quibble. If we don't have any more in stock. A refund will be issued.
- Which payment method can I use?
For all our transactions we use Paypal.
If like many others you may think you need a Paypal account to use Paypal?
You don't. You can still make a payment to us via Paypal using a credit/debit card without the need to open an account. Click the "Pay Now" button on the invoice you received from our website, then when you get to the Paypal page, look for the "Don't have Paypal" or "Pay by Credit card" option, and they will take a payment from you just like any other card processor.
- Which currency do I need?
All our orders are taken in US Dollars. But you can pay using any currency, Paypal will automatically convert your home currency to US dollars.
