Laura (Ally Sheedy) lives in a dreamworld from which she awakens when she inherits $ 250,000: her marriage is not happy, quite the opposite - her husband Randy (Stephen Caffrey) cheats on her. He and his lover Roxanne (Tracey Needham) are getting the money right, so Laura has to die.
The two plan to poison the annoying, but now rich heiress. However, the dose is not enough and so Laura is buried alive. Their fate seems sealed, but out of nowhere appears a stranger (Tim Matheson), who has watched everything, and frees her from her grave. In Laura, merciless hate grows and her revenge is bloody!
