Which video format do you use?
All our downloads are MP4s which is the most common video file format, and can be played on most devices and TVs.
Can I watch my download on my TV.
Yes, although your download will be downloaded to your PC or Phone etc. It is quite easy to play it on your TV. If it's on your phone, with a suitable app you can cast the video to your TV. If you downloaded to a computer, an easy way is to transfer your download to a "flash drive" or "memory stick", most modern TVs have a USB socket installed, just plug the flash drive into your TV via the USB socket, then press the media button on your TV remote.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Apart from those on our dedicated downloads page, which once payment has been made sends a download link automatically. On all other pages the movies are uploaded to the download host site manually. So you may not get a response immediately. But will within six hours.
How many times can I play my download?
There is no limit. Once downloaded the file is yours to keep. Without any restrictions on how many times you can watch it.
Which payment method can I use?
For all our transactions we use Stripe. Stripe will take payment from you via credit or debit card.
Which currency do I need?
All our orders are taken in US Dollars. But you can pay using any currency, Stripe will automatically convert your home currency to US dollars.
Who can download your movies?
Anyone, as long as you have an email address, you can download from anywhere in the world.
